Vero was born from a shared vision: to create a model agency that values trust as highly as talent, and individuality as much as professionalism. An agency that dares to invest time, heart, and expertise into developing the next generation of models – both nationally and internationally.

Pia brings over 35 years of leadership and business expertise, ensuring that everything we do is built on structure, integrity, and vision. Emily, one of our founders, is a model with international experience and a background in economics. Her education, combined with her years in the industry, gives her a rare ability to bridge creative development with strategic growth. She has a natural ability to connect with new faces – not just as an agent, but as someone who has faced the same ups and downs as a model. Her presence makes new models feel seen, understood, and supported from day one. With empathy, experience, and insight, she helps talents navigate both the exciting and challenging parts of the industry.
Pia, our second founder, brings more than 35 years of experience in business and leadership. Her background in leadership and business operations ensures that everything we do rests on structure, integrity, and long-term thinking. Her strength lies in creating structure, clarity, and sustainable growth.
