We accept applications from all genders and ethnicities – whether you’ve never stood in front of a camera or have years of experience. To apply, you must live in Denmark.

Typical height ranges we work with (measured without shoes):

• Women: 173–181 cm
• Men: 184–191 cm

We do not accept applications from individuals under the age of 14, and if you’re under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.

Modeling isn’t only about how you look – it’s about whether we believe we can represent you professionally to our clients and help you grow in the long term. A “no” from us doesn’t mean you’re not good enough – it simply means we may not be the right match. Every agency sees something different, and the most important thing is finding a team that believes in you.

Modeling is a profession. It takes determination, flexibility, and the ability to handle both rejection and high expectations. What you see from the outside – big campaigns, runways, and glamour – is just the surface. Behind it lies hard work, discipline, and patience.

As a new model at Vero, you’ll be assigned a dedicated agent who will act as your main point of contact and support throughout. You’ll always have someone to reach out to – for guidance, planning, and honest feedback. We believe trust and close relationships are key to strong development.

We care deeply about your mental and physical well-being and want to prepare you for the realities of the industry. That’s why we offer continuous support and tools to strengthen your confidence and growth.

We do not work with individuals suffering from eating disorders or other untreated health challenges. Your well-being is our highest priority. As part of our ethical standards, we follow the Danish Fashion Ethical Charter.

Emily and Pia, the founders of Vero Model Management, bring unique strengths to the agency. Emily is a professional model with international experience and a background in economics, giving her insight into both the creative and business sides of the industry. She knows what it feels like to be new in the industry and uses her experience to offer honest and personal guidance.

Pia brings over 45 years of experience in business and leadership. She ensures Vero is built on structure, clarity, and long-term thinking.

Please fill out the application form and include the following picturs: portrait, profil and full-body wearing simple, slim-fitting clothes with no makeup. No pictures in the mirror and no selfies. 
Professional photos are not required, but they must be taken in natural light. 

Note: Be cautious if someone online asks you to send pictures in underwear or nude – unfortunately, there are people with the wrong intentions. Always use your judgment and ask a parent or trusted adult if you’re unsure.
